ROADS AND MARITIME SERVICES

Since 2002, we’ve provided property management, lease administration, facilities management and financial management across the Roads and Maritime Services portfolio. In July 2016, we were re-appointed and commenced ongoing services across an expanded portfolio of commercial, retail, land and domestic waterfront holdings - totalling in excess of 2,500 properties.

We are proud to have assisted Roads and Maritime with a number of achievements, including the opening of the newly refurbished Elizabeth Bay Marina in Sydney – a significant redevelopment which included new boating facilities, amenities and café services for the local community. Officially completed in 2018, the innovation of the new design and successful delivery of this complex project were reflective of the integrated team approach between CI Australia (Property Manager), Roads and Maritime (The Owner and Developer), and APP Corporation (Project Managers). 

The now future-proofed marina is a leading example for other commercial marinas in Sydney Harbour, as well as around the State in terms of environmental and sustainable design. Positive community feedback continues to be received, evidencing the successful design and delivery of a project that not only meets the needs, but nurtures, the lifestyle and values of its local community.

Elizabeth Bay Marina has since been recognised for its success with a nomination for 'Government Leadership' in the Property Council of Australia's Innovation and Excellence Awards, and also took out the title of 'Best Public Building up to $7 million' at the Master Builders Association Awards in November 2018
