Our Tenant Representation team successfully assisted growing social media agency, Hello Social, in its search for a new office. With an existing interest in the Surry Hills market, our team provided independent and trusted services for Hello Social including a needs analysis, property strategy, tenant representation services, pro lease due diligence and lease negotiations.
