CI Australia is pleased to announce three promotions across its business.

Shirley Fan has been promoted to Director, Asian Business. Shirley has become an integral part of our company over the past four years since joining CI in 2019 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional business development skills, strategic thinking and commitment to excellence in her role. Her efforts have significantly contributed to the growth of CI’s Asian client base and the Capital Transaction team.

Aaron Gaida has been promoted to Portfolio Director, TfNSW. Aaron commenced his CI journey in 2014 and has been successfully leading and managing the Transport for NSW Portfolio for over 7 years. His excellent customer service skills, leadership qualities, and strategic vision have significantly contributed to our longstanding TfNSW Management Portfolio.

David Matkovic has been promoted to Director, Commercial Property Management. David's leadership has been instrumental in fortifying existing relationships and successfully establishing new client connections. With his efforts, CI's commercial asset management portfolio has seen substantial growth, particularly for A-Grade assets.
