CI Australia announces seven key promotions

CI Australia is pleased to announce seven promotions across its business.

 

Sinead Duggan has been promoted to PA/Office Manager. Sinead joined CI 2018, responsible for supporting CI’s North Sydney office across leasing, sales and property management.

 

Mitch Emblen has been promoted to Associate Director, Asset Management. Mitch has been with the company for more than 10 years and is responsible for the management of 100 William Street, Woolloomooloo.

 

Shirley Fan has been promoted to Associate Director, Head of Asia Desk. Shirley has been with the firm since 2019 and has played an instrumental role in the sale of a number of significant investment sales throughout Sydney and Metropolitan areas.

 

Kris Jezierski has been promoted to Associate Director, Portfolio Management. Kris joined CI in 2013 and has played a pivotal role in managing Blacktown City Council’s property portfolio which includes retail, industrial and commercial assets.

 

Mat Fisk has been promoted to Senior Property Manager, Asset Management. Joining CI in 2014, Mat is responsible for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets across Sydney CBD and North Sydney.

 

Sian Gow-Gates has been promoted to Director, Brisbane. Sian joined CI in 2014 and has played an integral role in CI’s success. With more than 18 years’ experience, she is currently responsible for providing transactional and asset management advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio for clients such as Airbus.

 

Nick Lowry has been promoted to Director, Metropolitan Sales. Nick has more than 10 years’ experience in the North Shore and Sydney metro markets and has been a key driver of CI’s success in these areas.
