Ventia has entered into a share sale agreement with Five V Capital, to divest APP Corporation (CI Australia's parent company). The transaction is expected to complete in March 2021.
The transaction will also provide the opportunity for a number of APP’s leadership team to become shareholders in the business. This ownership interest will reinforce our customer-centric delivery model and renewed focus on growth, while reinforcing the long-term career opportunities for our staff.

The transaction includes APP’s commercial real estate subsidiary CI Australia, compliance and auditing business AQUAS, and recruitment specialist Appoint Consulting.
