CI Australia has welcomed three new staff, as part of its commitment to fostering and nurturing young industry talent across the commercial property spectrum.

Lily Wang has joined CI as Junior Investment Analyst based in the Sydney office, furthering our ability to deliver data-driven insights to clients. Lily has most recently worked for Macquarie Group and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Finance and Real Estate from the University of New South Wales. In Queensland, we have welcomed Brent Mohr as Leasing Analyst. Brent is currently completing a Bachelor of Property Economics at the Queensland University of Technology.

Ben Howarth has also joined CI through the 2021 Graduate Program, which offers current or post-graduate university students a 12-month part-time rotational program across the company. A number of participants have gone on to find full-time work at CI in the department best suited to their differing skills and interests.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and has a keen interest in development and sustainability. He said, “I am delighted to join CI and can’t wait to learn from hands-on industry leaders. The prospect of gaining exposure to a wide range of services during the CI Program is really exciting and I'm eager to give it my all."

Anna Church, who came to CI through the Graduate Program in 2017 while completing a Bachelor of Business with Finance and Business Law majors, is now a Property Manager within CI's Commercial Asset Management team. She currently works across a portfolio of over eight clients, supporting CI’s delivery of strategic property management services that align and deliver on not only our clients’ asset-specific goals, but those of their wider businesses. Of her experience, Anna said "The Graduate Program’s cross-departmental exposure highlighted how unique each service offering is, including what’s required in being ever-ready to meet and exceed our clients’ specific requirements.”

Dominic Au-Yeung is another participant of the CI Graduate Program, completing his rotations in 2020. He has now secured a full-time role with the North Shore Office Leasing team after demonstrating his passion for the sector and drive to achieve client excellence.

CI's commitment to nurturing and developing young industry talent complements our ongoing Leadership Development Program which allows our senior employees to continue delivering the exceptional knowledge and experience that our clients trust. Many of CI's senior business leaders have been with the firm for over 10 years', building long-term partnerships with our clients and delivering strategic solutions and efficient results.
