CI Australia (CI) has once again been named as a finalist in this year's Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) Awards for Excellence, marking the sixth year of industry recognition for the firm.
CI's Josh Clements, Property Manager for the Transport for New South Wales portfolio, was also recognised as a Finalist in the 'Commercial Property Manager' of the Year category.
"We are once again delighted to be nominated by REINSW in these awards," said CI Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Andrew Hunter. "The 2020 Financial Year was not without its challenges and while the Sydney market may show short-term symptoms as a result of the current lockdown, we continue to see very encouraging signs of recovery and demand among investors, developers and occupiers.
"We remain driven by the trusted partnerships we hold with our varied client base, and our dedication to delivering strategic and innovative property solutions that support their growth and success, particularly at times of heightened economic uncertainty."
Of Mr Clements' nomination, Mr Hunter said, "I am delighted Josh's efforts and work ethic have been recognised by REINSW. He continues to go above and beyond to deliver tangible, meaningful outcomes for Transport for NSW, its stakeholders and his colleagues at CI."
CI Australia has been recognised as a finalist in the REINSW Awards for Excellence 'Commercial Agency - Large' category since 2016, and won the category in 2017. The 2021 REINSW Awards for Excellence winners will be announced on 9 September at a Gala Dinner.
