Commercial property firm CI Australia (CI) has appointed Antonio (Tony) Marco as its Director of Engineering & Operations. Tony is an industry professional with over 20 years’ experience in facilities planning, maintenance, project and property operations.

Mr Marco has held previous roles at CBRE, Brookfield, Multiplex and most recently at AMP Capital as Senior Facilities Manager. He replaces CI’s former Director of Engineering & Operations Todd Jackson who is transitioning out of his role to pursue new opportunities. Mr Jackson worked at CI for 10 years and was instrumental in the growth and development of the business line during this time.

Of Tony’s appointment, CI Chief Executive Officer Andrew Hunter said, “Tony’s wealth of experience will ensure we continue to deliver trusted client solutions that drive asset and portfolio performance. We are delighted to welcome Tony to CI, and thank Todd Jackson for his 10 years of exceptional service and leadership with us.” CI’s Engineering and Operations team works closely with the firm’s Commercial Asset Management department to deliver strategic and operational management services. CI manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and community assets for private businesses and State Governments bodies including Transport for New South Wales and Blacktown City Council.
