CI Australia has bolstered its Capital Transactions division with the appointment of John Bowie Wilson as Director.

Mr Bowie Wilson brings over 20 years’ experience and joins the firm from Knight Frank, where he was Director of City Sales and Partner since 2011, responsible for leading the team and focusing on the sale of major commercial and retail investment properties, portfolio sales and development site sales. He brings a strong track record having brokered over $1 billion in the Sydney commercial market over the last 24 months. Mr Bowie Wilson, who began his career in Office Leasing at Savills prior to transferring into their Capital Markets’ team, also spent 7 years at Colliers International.

In his new role, Mr Bowie Wilson will focus on growing CI Australia’s Capital Transactions division through his strong network of Asian buyers and developers and institutional and private clients.
