Following a long standing period of success, our Commercial Leasing team is looking to expand. CI Australia is offering a full-time position for a dynamic and customer centric candidate in our Sydney CBD team.

Previous real estate experience is required. The successful candidate will work closely with our highly experienced and industry renowned team which holds a strong reputation and dominant presence in the Sydney market.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, owners and tenants
  • Recognising client needs
  • Recommending and initiating marketing campaigns
  • Carrying out inspections of premises
  • Negotiating commercial terms
  • Responding to tasks efficiently and professionally
  • Continuously sourcing business through networking
  • Organising targeted marketing

Your key requirements are:

  • Preferably at least 5 years experience in the commercial, industrial or retail sector
  • Preferably specialised in leasing or sales
  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords and tenants
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully negotiation skills.

Queensland - Full Time

CI Australia is a leader in the provision of corporate real estate services.  We are seeking a driven Tenant Representative, responsible for increasing our success in the corporate real estate sector, by positioning the depth of the company’s services within the ‘C suite level’ of corporate Australia. You will be responsible for selling and executing Tenant Representation services to Corporate Clients, with a focus on the Brisbane and wider Queensland market place. 

Reporting to the Director of CRE, you will have responsibility for planning and executing client engagement strategies with key decision makers of target clients nationally.

  • Understanding of the national property market and current trends
  • Extensive experience in sales at board level to the corporate sector.
  • Proven track record in the required discipline and achievement of a strong market profile
  • Excellent client negotiation skills
